End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this agreement carefully before continuing with the download and installation of the software program identified above, along with any associated software components, media, printed materials, or other related electronic documentation (collectively, the “Product”). To complete your order for the Product you have requested, you must first accept the terms and conditions of this agreement by electronically clicking the button labeled “Accept.” By doing so, or otherwise installing, copying, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the Product between you and Greek Squad LLC Driver Updater, and it supersedes any prior proposal, agreement, representation, or understanding between the parties.

Arbitration Notice: This agreement contains an arbitration provision. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not click the “Agree,” “Accept,” or “Yes” buttons or any other indicator of your electronic acceptance of this agreement. Do not use or access this software if you do not agree to these terms.

Section 1. Intellectual Property Rights

The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and all intellectual property rights in and to the Product belong to Greek Squad LLC. Further, all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the content which may be accessed through the use of the Product, remain the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Agreement grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Greek Squad LLC. The Product is only licensed to you, not sold. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform the Product. Copying or storing the Product other than as expressly permitted in Section 2 below is prohibited unless you obtain prior written permission from Greek Squad LLC.

Section 2. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Greek Squad LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Product on a single device solely for personal or internal business purposes. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Product or any portion thereof. Any attempt to do so will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.

Section 3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features of the Product.
• Use the Product in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use the Product to create or distribute malware, spyware, or other malicious code.
• Share or distribute any license keys, activation codes, or other authentication credentials for the Product.

Section 4. Limited Warranty and Disclaimers

Greek Squad LLC provides the Product “as is” and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Product, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Greek Squad LLC does not guarantee that the Product will operate without errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

Section 5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Greek Squad LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product. The total liability of Greek Squad LLC under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

Section 6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Greek Squad LLC may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and uninstall all copies from your devices.

Section 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Greek Squad LLC operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration organization.

Section 8. Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Greek Squad LLC regarding the Product and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without prior written consent from Greek Squad LLC.
