1. Notification of Infringement
If you believe that material located on or linked to by Greek Squad USA violates your copyright, you are encouraged to submit a written DMCA notice. Your notice must include:
- Signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including URLs.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
- A statement of good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material removed or disabled is not infringing, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

3. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate user access who are determined to be repeat infringers where appropriate.
4. Good-Faith Removal
We may remove or disable access to content in good faith upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.

7. Removal and Restoration Process
- Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- We will notify the user who posted the material that access has been disabled or the content removed.
- If a valid counter-notice is received, we will forward it to the original complainant.
- Unless the complainant notifies us within 10 business days that a court action has been filed seeking to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore access to the material.
8. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees).
9. Policy Updates
This DMCA Policy may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
