1. Notification of Infringement

If you believe that material located on or linked to by Greek Squad USA violates your copyright, you are encouraged to submit a written DMCA notice. Your notice must include:

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material removed or disabled is not infringing, you may send a counter-notice containing:

3. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate user access who are determined to be repeat infringers where appropriate.

4. Good-Faith Removal

We may remove or disable access to content in good faith upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.

B. Counter-Notice

I, the undersigned, state under penalty of perjury that I have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

3. Consent to jurisdiction: I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for my address, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

7. Removal and Restoration Process

  1. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we may promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  2. We will notify the user who posted the material that access has been disabled or the content removed.
  3. If a valid counter-notice is received, we will forward it to the original complainant.
  4. Unless the complainant notifies us within 10 business days that a court action has been filed seeking to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore access to the material.

8. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees).

9. Policy Updates

This DMCA Policy may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
