Uninstall Instructions

Windows Uninstall (Windows 11/10/8/7)

1. Close the app if it is running. Check the system tray and right-click to exit, if applicable.
2. Press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl and press Enter to open Programs and Features.
3. Find Greek Squad LLC (or the specific product name), select it, and click Uninstall.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete removal. If asked, choose Remove settings as well.
5. Optional cleanup:
   • Press Windows + R, type %ProgramFiles% and delete any remaining Greek Squad LLC folders.
   • Press Windows + R, type %ProgramData% and remove any Greek Squad LLC folders.
   • Press Windows + R, type %AppData% and delete Greek Squad LLC folders under Roaming/Local if present.
6. Restart your PC to finalize removal.

macOS Uninstall (Ventura/Monterey and later)

1. Quit the application if running. Check the menu bar and Activity Monitor to ensure it is closed.
2. Open Finder → Applications and drag the Greek Squad LLC app to Trash.
3. Remove support files (optional but recommended):
   • ~/Library/Application Support/Greek Squad LLC/
   • ~/Library/Preferences/com.greeksquad.*.plist
   • ~/Library/Caches/com.greeksquad.*
4. Empty Trash and restart your Mac.

Troubleshooting Uninstall Issues

• Uninstall option missing: Re-install the latest version, then try uninstalling again.
• "App is running" error: Close from system tray/menu bar, end task in Task Manager/Activity Monitor, then retry.
• Permissions problem: Run the uninstaller as Administrator (Windows) or provide admin password on macOS.
